About Denver Family Counseling

The mission of Denver Family Counseling (DFC) is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities by helping people to make positive changes in their lives and empowering them to make healthy and effective choices. We strive to do this by providing professional therapy, treatment, community support and educational services in a physically and psychologically safe environment that enhances self-esteem. The goal of Denver family counseling is to identify the dynamics that cause problems and to institute changes in the structure or style of how the family operates. A small change in one area can often have tremendous impact on other areas which means that significant gains can often be produced quickly and dramatically.
